Help Kim with a past due bill

Hi. I'm trying to raise enough money to pay my Xfinity bill so my service will not be interrupted. I know this is not considered an "emergency", per say, but given my financial situation (which is not good), and my medical issues, it is very important that this bill stays paid. My phone service is through Xfinity, which is really needed as my health continues to decline, and I need to be able to reach my doctors when needed. Also, I'm becoming more and more homebound, and to be honest, the silly shows I watch keep me distracted from going into that rabbit hole of self pity and depression. I have been in touch with Xfinity constantly, and was finally approved for a extended payment plan which would be spread out over time to allow me to pay off the past 2 months I'm overdue on, and ensure my service would not be interrupted....except, thats not what happened at all! Apparently NOW, they can still allow me a payment plan to get caught up, but my service will still be disconnected Friday.(And please don't ask me WHY it's that way...I have literally given myself migranes dealing with these people!) I am asking for help to pay the past due amount to keep my service on. I wasn't expecting this, because I was promised otherwise, but here we are. I guess I could have set this up, and made up a "better" reason for needing the $, but my conscience won't let me be anything but real and upfront. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
