Help Kirsten Receive a liver

Donation protected

Hello,
We are asking for financial help for our friend Kirsten Crarry. She is in desperate need for a liver and has almost given up hope due to the financial restrictions.
Her family has pinched pennies trying to put away what they can, while still paying for their daily needs, her increasing medical needs have become a burden that’s too heavy for them to carry alone. At the time of writing this she is back in the hospital for the 7th time this year since March. The reason for all the hospital stays right now is due to hepatic encephalopathy caused by ammonia on her brain and also infections due to the failing liver.

All of these costs have them still so far away from the needed money to help with the living expenses, additional medical bills, and expensive life saving prescriptions, that they will encounter with the transplant surgery. She will need to live near a transplant hospital after being discharged, and traveling expenses for her husband and daughter to visit her.

Here's what she has been told - once a liver is available she will go to the hospital (this is tricky - depending on her current status at that time will determine whether she is at UCSF for transplant or somewhere like Mayo in MN or FL, the Cleveland clinic or the advanced liver disease and liver transplant center: Banner Health in Phoenix AZ. They won’t know the exact location until it’s time.

Kirsten has non-alcoholic liver failure, she has never drank and has never done drugs, but her body continues to fail her. Another thing complicating a transplant is that she has
Diastolic heart failure/left heart failure.
This will continue to progress until she get a liver transplant. She has other conditions that can cause major complications, including Protein S deficiency, which can lead to blood clots, so she will need to be monitored closely.

Please pray for Kirsten’s miraculous healing and please consider making a donation to help her and her family. She really needs to get a liver soon. Time is of the essence.

Obviously we don't want it to long so people don't read to the end, yet long enough to explain the reasoning behind asking

She absolutely loves making memories and spending with with her little family. Kirsten is in her early 40’s and wants to be able to be here for her daughter, Kylee, who will be starting her senior year this fall.

Kirsten said, “I have been blessed to be the mother of Kylee and with that great privilege I have took great care in tending, teaching and raising her, of course with Jason’s help. We have never taken our job as her parents for granted or lightly. Some favorite things I missed over the last year and half were watching her behind home plate as catcher for her hughson high sb team, golf, and watching her participate in band performances at football games, and for jazz band (bass guitar) and Symphonic band (Saxophone).
I hate the she will be senior this year and the thought of missing so much hurts my heart. Geez now crying just think about it.
She has the opportunity to be 1 of 2 student band conductors this year.”

Please pray for Kirsten and her family, please consider making a donation to help Kirsten get this life saving transplant surgery. Any amount will help.

Thank you all so much,
Beverly Henry and the whole Crarry family (Kirsten, Jason & Kylee)
