Help Defend Free Speech and Fair Use From A Movie Director

A serial litigator and movie director, Jerry Vasilatos, and his proxies are trying to sue Kit Cabello and Daniel Luepker for $500,000 and take our YouTube channels after failing to build their own. They have been stalking, threatening, doxing, defaming, and much worse continuously for the last 2 years.

Jerry is trying to undo fair use itself and is suing us with our own IP claiming ownership while also, at the same time, suing us for employment labor despite having zero evidence for either. Their goal is to force us into bankruptcy and take our assets with entirely made-up claims that cost thousands to defend against, not a real case.

They have sued us in three separate venues. One case has been dismissed, one complaint has been dismissed. Each time they do this, it costs us $10,000 to fight. They have made it VERY clear to us that they will never stop suing us until we go bankrupt.

They have not hidden these actions. In fact, they are trying to destroy the reputations of Kit and Daniel, trying to use our destruction to be seen as heroes. We have been forced into silence for the last 2.5 years. Now, we are able to tell our story. If we have the funding, we will win this case and we will stop them from attacking anyone else in the future.
