Help Kito to clear heights!
At Calabar we do not fear heights, we clear heights!" These are the words of Calabar's winning Pole Vault Open champion from this year's Boys Champs when he was interviewed, Kito Campbell!
Well Kito has a new height to clear and it will be up to us to help him to clear it.
Kito has been selected to represent Jamaica at the CCCAN Swim Championships. I have been asked by COBA to assist raise funds. This is an Olympic qualifying meet.
We have therefore formed a GoFundMe account online and otherwise you can make your donations for Kito Campbell through the COBA accounts.
Kito will be swimming the 100 fly, 50 fly, 50 breast stroke,100 free, 50 free and 100 breast stroke. The event kicks off on June 23rd to June 27th. There are 3 days of required quarantine so he will need to arrive there 3 days ahead. The total budget for Kito will be approximately US$2,700 including a new technical suit for Kito.
Although we reserve our membership to raise funds for Calabar Team events; we thought that Kito gave us good reason to look out for him when he responded with that quotable quote! And plus this is a national event!
At Calabar we do not fear heights, we clear heights!!! Please help Kito go to Puerto Rico!!!
