Help Kodak fix his leg

My little baby came into my former job three years as a stray puppy who was hit by a car. He had a bad infection in his leg so we were not able to cast it. His leg never healed properly and he did not respond to physical therapy. He had a curvature to his wrist that didn’t stop him from being able to “dog” so the recommendation was to leave it be. Three years later, his injury finally caught up to him. Kodak needs very intense orthopedic surgery. He needs his leg re-broken to straighten out the radius and ulna and have a plate with pins placed to fuse the bones together. Insurance doesn’t cover this type of surgery due to this being a “pre-existing issue” since he was found because he was hit by a car. I am currently working two jobs while going to school to afford his surgery. For his 4th birthday, he's getting a corrective osteotomy surgery on April 25th so that he can play, run, and walk like a normal doggie for the first time in his life.
