Help Kris's Daughters Through This Tragedy

Finding the words to explain the imprint one person had on so many lives is immeasurable. Someone so reserved, yet so impactful to the people surrounding him. Kris hasn't had an easy life. It was full of trauma and pain, but he still managed to have a pure heart of gold. Growing up it was just Kris, our mother, our sister and me. Just us 4 against the world, through thick and thin. Through dramatic ups and downs, he was the youngest and still the only man in our home. Being raised with all females, he took on traits that made him very empathetic, yet he hid them from most, behind his shy demeanor. The moment he met Brittney, his life purpose changed forever. His main priority was to protect and honor his wife and daughters, Kaliyah and Kamilah. He made an honest effort to provide and protect his family. He wanted nothing more than to be a father and raise his girls, surrounded by true unconditional love. Watching him love those girls helped him heal past traumas, as he showered those girls with his undivided attention and care. Nobody would ever expect this to be cut short in a blink of an eye. Kris was viciously murdered right outside of his first apartment, that he was so proud of to provide for his family. Right in front of his wife and his small child. Though justice is being served for the people involved in this crime, nothing can replace his presence in this world. Nothing can alleviate the pain that our mother has went through, having to bury her youngest child. Nothing can replace him as the loving husband and father that he strived so hard to be. His kids won't even get to witness the love that he wanted so desperately to give them. Though we will forever keep him alive in our hearts and theirs, nothing can undo what has been done. His wife and kids are now left without their provider and protector. They are supported by so many people that loved him and love them, but they are going through a nightmare at the moment. Time heals wounds but some wounds are permanent, especially when it is connected to someone so impactful in so many lives. Please help me raise money to make sure my brother's kids are comfortable through this challenging time. No child deserves to be ripped apart from their parent, senselessly. Thank you to everyone that took their time to read this. Kris's spirit will forever be right here, looking over all of his loved ones, as the protector he is.
