Help Krista get the antibiotics she urgently needs

My sister, Krista Parker, has been battling with Osteomyelitis off and on for 10 years. Her flare ups happen when she's under stress. This time, she contacted her doctor as soon as she knew something wasn't right, which was on December 15th. He immediately ordered a PICC line with a very strong combination of antibiotics, because every time this happens, the infection is full of MRSA and it won't respond to typical antibiotic treatment.
Krista got her PICC line placed, but then the hospital refused to administer the antibiotics her doctor had ordered. They gave her a run around for two weeks, blaming her doctor for not sending the order, which he did several times, and then blaming her insurance and saying it wouldn't be covered.
Now it's December 29, and she still has not gotten the antibiotics she desperately needs to save her foot and her life. She's going to have to go to a pharmacy and pay for it all out of pocket, because this hospital will not help her and her insurance (Cigna) will not help her. I will never support St. Mark's Hospital in Utah again. Their behavior has been reprehensible and has put her life in danger.
So far, the cost for her treatment is up to $1700 out of pocket, and she still needs to have her PICC line bandages changed and have it removed. That's assuming the infection doesn't get worse, which it could, because her treatment has already been delayed by two weeks when it should have been treated as quickly as possible.
Krista is a single mom who works hard and helps everyone around her. She doesn't have $2000 to cover this. All of her money goes to bills and her 6 year old daughter, Ali. December is a really tight month financially for single parents. Let's help her out.
