Help Kristen Stand Against Online Harassment for Profit

This all started in summer of 2023 when an aspiring wannabe influencer, Chelsea Smallwood, owner of a cheating platform, read the text messages of a betrayed spouse named Kristen on a TikTok reel. Those text messages were clearly from a woman in pain who had just discovered her husband’s infidelity with her close friend and neighbor, Olivia Nicodemus. Those text messages were private between Kristen and her “best friend” and yet they were now posted to a public forum with thousands of followers with the intention of harassing and humiliating a betrayed spouse for clicks and likes and ultimately profit.

Subsequently Chelsea filed a lawsuit against Kristen in November of 2024 claiming that Kristen interfered with her business and caused damages through lost subscriptions to her cheaters’ community. All because Kristen joined her cheater community and adhered to Chelsea’s own legal rules of conduct and policies with the only rational intention of investigating why her text messages are being read on TikTok and defending her family and her own privacy.

Kristen has fought back from Chelsea’s allegations with a countersuit that appropriately puts the fault back on Chelsea for violating her privacy by enabling the sharing of her personal and private information inside the cheater community and on public social media forums such as TikTok and Instagram. She accuses Chelsea and Olivia (who works for Chelsea) for exploiting her trauma to promote their “coaching” business and social media profiles for profit. Posting pictures of her child online, discussing private medical matters, exposing her personal identifying information and directly interfering with her medical treatment are just a few of the highly egregious acts Chelsea and Olivia inflicted on Kristen. In addition there are even potential criminal liabilities for Olivia for acts she boasted about publicly inside the cheater platform.

Fighting a lawsuit and defending yourself can be expensive and extremely stressful because the timelines can be lengthy with long discovery periods of reliving painful past trauma and you face highly uncertain outcomes.

We want to help Kristen face this battle with support behind her and send the message to Chelsea she is better off finding her fastest path out of this high stakes mess she created and endorsed.
