Help Kubo and his family get back on their feet!

Hey guys, I’m not one to readily reach out for help, but my little family could use a hand! 

Yesterday, Kubo was attacked by a large, aggressive dog at the park. While the owner failed to register the situation, Taylor and I sprang into action - Taylor pried open its jaws while I pulled it off of Kubo. We eventually got the dog away from us, but no one came out unscathed: Taylor had to be rushed to the ER and received4 staples and 3 stitches to the face and head while I  got 5 deep puncture wounds on my arm.  And despite our best efforts, Kubo sustained a few deep gashes to his leg and the vet fears he also received a crushing injury.

Kubo’s undergoing some surgery now and since the other dog’s owner fled the scene, we’re left to take care of the vet and emergency room bills. If you could spare anything during this time, we’d really appreciate it! We just want our goofy sniffer doodle back on his feet and our little family ready for action.  Any remaining donations after we cover medical bills will be given to the Maui humane society!
