The Story of Kviria Begins with Compassion for Cats
The love of animals often exceeds earthly budgets.
One such case involves a woman named Carrie, who operates a private rescue organization called Compassion for Cats, in Southeastern Connecticut.
Carrie has run the shelter in her basement since 1989, and she runs a pretty tight ship, with over 70 cats. She rescues cats daily from all over the area and finds them forever homes.
There are expenses she must pay for; food, medicine, vet care, you name it. And like many other rescue organizations, Carrie has no money or time for something like “technology” that would help her help her cats.
We Volunteered to Help
In January of 2019, we volunteered to help Compassion for Cats capture the power of technology by creating animal rescue management software and donating it for free.
It suddenly occurred to us that if we could do this for Compassion for Cats, we could do this for all the animal rescue organizations…in the world! Why? Because it is the right thing to do.
And Kviria was born!
The Need is Widespread and Global
There are thousands of animal rescue operations like Compassion for Cats in the United States.
And there are thousands more worldwide.
Animal rescue organizations save not only cats and dogs.
They help horses and farm animals.
They also help wild animals with conservation and protection of endangered and at-risk species globally.
Our Passion

Our Goal
Our goal is very simple. Provide underfunded and overworked rescue organizations with:
1. An incredibly powerful animal management software system.
2. All the training and technical support needed to make this software a reality.
And provide it for free. With your help, we can make this goal a reality.

Where Your Money Goes
Your support will help us to:
1. Complete development and testing of the CHORDAITA animal management software package.
2. Find and engage up to 100 non-profit animal rescue organizations…Gather feedback on types of problems that need to be solved. This will have a DIRECT impact on local shelters that need the most help.
3. Once operational, setup the CHORDAITA software into each organization…Train organization staff and volunteers, all of which will be donated to them for free.
4. Provide ongoing technical support to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and upgrade the software…Continue to build our network of supporters.
