Help Kyle with medical bills and surgery

This is Melissa, Kyle's fiancé and I am asking for help with expenses related to this injury.
This is what happened.
Kyle was helping a customer load his off-road Jeep onto the customers trailer when vehicle accelerated unexpectedly and pinned Kyle in between the tire and front of the trailer. Which knocked Kyle off the front of trailer while he was hanging by his pinned leg. The force of him being thrown forward caused a tibial plateau fracture and closed fibula fracture in his right leg. He is currently unable to work due to his injury and will be in a long leg cast for at least 6 weeks. He was told that he is going to be needing surgery to repair the injury to his leg. He does not have insurance and is an owner operator at his shop. 
Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Kyle is not 1 to ever ask for help but he is needing help now.
