HELP LA HUASTECA Move into our new location & honor our son

Hello our Name is Salvador & Jessica Owners of La Huasteca. The last 2 years have been extremely difficult for us. Two years ago I (Salvador) lost my dad due to Cancer. Last Year We lost our beautiful son Iker (September 11), in couple days will be 1 year since he passed away, he was Only 9 years old. Just when you think life can’t get any worse than that, April 15 We were asked to leave our location with no notice and have been struggling since. Landlord kicked us out so he can have another restaurant move in.

We been looking for a new location for almost 5 months. We finally have the opportunity to move into a new location here in the Creston neighborhood, but unfortunately We don’t have enough money to pay for the move In expenses. We are trying to honor our son who passed away last year. We will no longer will be La Huasteca, our new name will be IKER’S TACOS. This is not just another restaurant, is not just a place to work and cook, this is something special, a way to honer our beautiful son, to come in to and work and cook with love and make him proud. Most of our amazing customers been waiting for us to comeback. We now have the opportunity to do it, but unfortunately we don’t have enough money to move In.
