Help Lardass feed Texas

My cousin Chris and his friend Todd built an awesome smoker that they named "Lardass." Todd drove Lardass from New Orleans to Texas to feed people in the aftermath of Harvey. My family in New Orleans and Mississippi lost a lot during Katrina and they rebuilt with the generosity of people wanting to help. So many people made homeless by Katrina were welcomed by the city of Houston. This is our chance to pay it forward. We're raising money here to help Lardass on its journey to Texas. I will be sending all donations to Todd to feed people affected by Hurricane Harvey. They're smoking pork butts and sausages and making Pastalya (Jambalya with pasta, some from my husband's company Sfoglini Pasta). They're feeding 1000+ people a day. Any funds beyond what Todd needs will go to the Houson Food Bank.
