Help Lashanda and Her Family

About my daughter Lashanda

Lashanda is family. A wife and mother of four with two of the younger children ages 8 and 10 in her household and homeschooled.

Lashanda is a friend to many. A host of prayers are continually lifted on behalf of Lashanda and her family.

Lashanda founded a nonprofit organization, This and That Love Ministry. The mission is "To connect, collaborate, and communicate with other Ministries to uplift, educate, feed, clothe and provide housing for the homeless and families in need. To be a resource center for the community." Lashanda gives time and talent to serve tirelessly to help others. Her husband and children often serve alongside her.

Lashanda has been online every morning starting at 5:30 am for Bible reading and discussion. The group completed the entire Bible year in 2020 and was meeting daily again this year 2021.

On the afternoon of Tuesday April 20, Lashanda was rushed to E.R. There, CPR was performed, however a blood clot blocked oxygen from getting to her brain causing severe damage. The doctors have determined that the injuries she sustained are so severe that recovery would be minimal. Full recovery would be a miracle.

The situation is dire. Lashanda is now in the trauma unit on a breathing machine and unresponsive. We are asking that you donate to her Go Fund me page to help us cover the cost in aid for her children and potential funeral expenses. If you never contributed to her many ministry request in the past, we truly pray that if she touched your heart while praising God with her daily devotionals, or her feeding the homeless ministry, or gathering food and clothing for single mothers, that you won't ignore this donation request. Please continue to pray for our family while we migrate through this transition.
