Hello, Beloved Ones~

A teaching job substituting for a fifth-grade class in rural Alabama "fell into my lap" but there was a misunderstanding about when paychecks would be cut. Long story short and while I'm deeply grateful for this experience-- which included a snake in a classroom, a real fire drill, and being in charge of wild ten-year-olds whose main concern was what they should do if I got shot- It was challenging, to say the least, and heartrendingly exhausting.

While my heart & mind expanded, $87 a day would not have paid the bills without your previous support. It humbles me to reach out once more while I continue to get my feet on the ground.

My novella is nearing completion. Wonderful friends are willing to place it in the hands of reputable publishing houses. I feel confident the publication of this book will set me toward financial stability in the days ahead. Any contribution, however great or small, is sincerely appreciated.
