Help Launch Earthbound Cafe in Downtown Billings

Donation protected
Greetings fellow humans, Jessica May, Joshua Ploeg and Nicholas Rogers are venturing out to start their very own restaurant called Earthbound Cafe in downtown Billings, MT (which they already procured a spot, bellow the Valley Credit Union.)
Jessica May, started working in restaurant at the age of 15. She did everything from cooking to serving. In her early twenties she stepped away from the work force to raise her children. During that time she dove into learning all she could about food in many forms. In the last five years she has made her way back into the restraunt seen in the front of house, she also has been partaking in the farmers markets with Joshua and her partner Nicholas.

Joshua Ploeg has spent 20 years touring the US and abroad doing dinner parties and special culinary events. He is the author of over a dozen cookbooks, numerous zines, and played in various punk bands on the West Coast. Eventually he settled down in Billings, Montana where he continues to do various strange events and has a vegan bakery stand at several farmers markets in the area.

Nicholas Rogers, has spent a 17 plus years in the resturant business and during his time in the business he has worked most of the positions in the restaurant realm. Recently, ventured into baking for farmers markets such as the Billings, Livingston and Red lodge ones with Joshua Ploeg and his partner Jessica May
