Help launch Terrier Zine, for young Irish writers!
Donation protected
Hello! We are Terrier, a youth-led, Belfast based literary magazine aiming to provide a platform for young and upcoming writers from the island of Ireland aged 16-23.
Our main goal is to showcase young Irish writing - we recognise there is not an existing platform like this and we hope to change this by shining a light on the bright talent and unique voices that are found in the new generation of young people here.
We want to be able to represent writers and young people in general who are often underrepresented in literary circles, such as POC writers, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled and working class writers, but we are open for submissions to all young people who fit in the age bracket.
We are hoping to have Issue 1 of our magazine out around March 2021 - BUT we can't do this without YOUR help! We have decided to start a GoFundMe, setting our goal at £400 to cover printing expenses, advertising, distributing and other running costs that will be integral to the upkeep of our magazine.
Every single donation that we receive will mean so much to us in getting started up, we are so passionate about this project and we hope to get you all behind it also. If you make a donation we will include your name in our first issue, to show that we really appreciate all your support.
We can't wait to read all your great work, and a big thank you for helping us out!
