I’m beyond excited to share that I’m launching Vivo Pizza, a mobile pop-up bringing fresh, fire-cooked, artisan pizzas to life — right here in our community. And I’d love your help getting it off the ground!

What is Vivo Pizza?

Vivo Pizza is a mobile, standing-only pizza pop-up built to deliver fast, handcrafted, high-quality pizzas at neighborhood markets, breweries, and special events.

We serve personal-sized pizzas, cooked in under 5 minutes, with bold flavors, crispy crusts, and serious street-food energy. The goal? Make great pizza more accessible, more fun, and way more local.

‍ Who’s Behind Vivo?

My name is Steven, and I’ve spent over 10 years pursuing my passion for food and hospitality. I’m currently the Chef de Cuisine at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge, and after a decade of working in amazing kitchens, I’m stepping out to build something of my own — something that brings joy, flavor, and connection to the community.

We’ve already made big strides:

Purchased our first professional pizza oven

Acquired stand mixers for in-house dough

Secured permits, branding, and basic equipment

Invested our time, energy, and savings to get ready for launch

Launch marketing to build awareness
