Help Laura and Erin spread food allergy awareness

Hi everyone! My name is Laura Edgell. Erin Cygan and I run a food allergy support group here in Toledo, Ohio. Every year, we rent a booth at The Toledo Zoo for their Little Boo at the Zoo event. Sadly, we do not have any funds this year from F.A.R.E. to rent the booth at the zoo, which is $650. This event is very near and dear to our hearts. And our goal is to educate and spread awareness about food allergies. The Toledo Zoo is wonderful and supports The Teal Pumpkin Project and children with food allergies and kids that can’t eat candy. Every single station at the zoo has optional non-food items (toys, pencils, stickers, etc) so ALL kids are included at Halloween. We also pass out flyers on The Teal Pumpkin Project and coloring sheets for the kids.

Erin and I don’t want to miss out on this event due to lack of funding, and we are willing to put some of our own money in as well. But if we could get any donations towards the booth rental, that would be SO amazing! And incredibly appreciated!
