Help Laura and Troy Recover After the Wildfire

Hi Everyone,

As you might have heard my good friends and old roommates, Laura and Troy Siahaan, lost their Altadena home in the Eaton Fire on Wednesday (1/8/25). As you can imagine, it has been devastating to lose everything they own, other than a small suitcase of clothes each. They have two beautiful daughters, Lila (8) and Caterina (5) that have been in good spirits, despite what has happened to them.

They are safe and staying with friends for now, but it will be a long road ahead for their family. Meanwhile, they are still wrapping their heads around what has happened to their house they made a home for the past 10 years. I wanted to set this up, since lots of people have asked how they can help. They are looking for support to cover unexpected costs and to help them get back on their feet. While they don't know exactly what they need the most right now, any amount is appreciated. They are also committed to rebuilding their beloved community and will donate whatever is not used for their family.
