Help Laura, FNP, blind from COVID-19
Donation protected
Laura is a vibrant woman, loving mother, and a dedicated family nurse practitioner who recently contracted COVID-19 January 2021. She became critically ill and given a 10% change of surviving. By a miracle she did live, but is now blind due to brain anoxia (brain damage due to lack of oxygen).
It is unknown if she will regain her vision. She has been at home from hospital for two weeks convalescing. She will need many specialist visits and therapy. Her immediate need is help with finances until she can restructure her entire way of living. Her need is immediate.
For the month of February 2021, she will need $2,000.00 dollars. As her friend, I set the funding goal slightly higher in hopes to raise enough for the month of February, and pay for ongoing medical care. This will reduce stress so she can focus all her energy towards the long recovery.
Laura has dedicated 30 years of her life caring for those in need, and I thank you for caring enough to read about her, to donate, and share the GoFundMe link with others.
