On January 21st, our beloved sister and sister-in-law, Laurie (Fisher) Meagher, suffered an unimaginable loss when her husband, James Meagher, passed away suddenly. This heartbreaking event has left Laurie and their two adult children, Erin and J.P., in an incredibly difficult financial situation.

Erin and J.P. both have intellectual disabilities, and with James’s passing, Laurie has lost the household’s primary source of income, making an already challenging situation even more difficult. With his passing, Laurie is now faced with overwhelming financial challenges, including funeral expenses, household bills, and existing debts. While our family and extended families are doing everything we can to help Laurie stabilize her finances, the reality is that she will need additional support to ensure she and her children can move forward with some security and stability.
