Help Lawrie Molle in the Fight of her Life!

Friends, Family and Community Members,

We desperately need your support. On March 17, 2020, our beloved friend, Lawrie Molle was in a horrific car accident that changed her life forever. For those of you who know Lawrie, you know that she is a kind and caring individual who has spent the majority of her life giving back, volunteering with several charitable organizations, involvement in the church and working tirelessly in animal rescue. Lawrie is a strong and independent person and is not one to ask for help, so we are asking for her.

Lawrie was on a peaceful drive, enjoying the beautiful day when tragedy struck and in just seconds, she found herself fighting for her life.  The crash caused extensive damage to Lawrie's head and body including a serious brain injury, broken facial bones, shattered 12 teeth, several broken ribs, shattered and nearly severed her left shoulder and arm.

She arrived at the hospital as an unresponsive trauma patient, was in a coma for a while and doctors were not sure she was going to make it.  Lawrie's first 2 days were touch and go.  They couldn't do necessary surgeries to help her and was not expected to survive, but God was not ready for her to join him just yet.  The doctors worked tirelessly stapling her head back together, trying to stabilize her, working on making her comfortable.  At the same time,  were making a decision to  remove her left arm or attempt to "keep" it for a chance to have extensive multiple reconstructive surgeries to possibly have some use in the future.  There is severe and extensive damage along with long term disabilities Lawrie will be living through.  The massive loss of viable bone, severe nerve damage to her shoulder,  part of her back, her arm and hand, tendons, ligaments and muscles will require multiple surgeries and she may still lose part of her arm.  When Lawrie woke up and learned what had happened it was devastating.  As you can imagine, with her extensive injuries, Lawrie's recovery is going to take an exceptionally long time.

After 8 challenging months, Lawrie had no choice for better medical care and left her Florida home to head back to Massachusetts. She needed to make a long-distance move to be near her family and friends who will be able to support her through her future surgeries, recovery and life moving forward.  This will be a lifelong journey for her, and we are hoping to provide some financial assistance to help with the many challenges she faces.  Her medical expenses alone will be in the millions, she is permanently disabled, both physically and mentally with permanent damage to her brain.  She can no longer work or provide for herself. PLEASE WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We want to give Lawrie some relief so that she can focus on her recovery... She has gone through so much already and has a long road ahead.  Her Faith has given her the comfort and strength to maintain positivity and hope.  Please donate what you can, every penny helps. 100% of your donations will go directly to Lawrie.

Thank you!
