Help Lay Baby Girl to Rest with Dignity

Donation protected
October 13th, 3:00pm- the victim's mother arrived home from work to see Juan under the influence while watching her children. An argument ensues and Juan calls the cops and lied claiming the victim's mother was being physical. Mother was arrested without allowing her to call family to pick up the children.

While she was incarcerated she and her family worked tirelessly to not only get her out of jail but get the children into a safe environment because they were left with Juan.

October 17th- The victim's mother was released and that day she sent family members to pick up her baby girl and her belongings. Her family attempted to make contact with him and he refused to open the door.

At that point, her family contacted CCPD. Her family were told by CCPD that they cannot release the children to them and that they have done a welfare check and that the kids were fine at the time, so her family took her belongings.

October 18th- He continued to ignore family members calls and visits until her family went to more forceful measures to get into the apartment. When they did the baby was found unconscious. The circumstances surrounding why this healthy 4 month old baby was unconscious are still unknown but what is known is that Juan failed to provide the adequate care and his negligence lead to her death. We are still waiting for autopsy results to know the full extent of his involvement in her death, but one thing is certain, this father failed this baby, and CCPD and CPS failed this mother and her beautiful beloved baby girl. The victim's mother has a few words she wrote herself that she would like to say:

"She left me too soon, her tiny hands and feet. Just the thought that she was so defenseless, and she passed all alone fighting for her life. Only because a heartless human being neglected her and abused her innocence. She deserves to be laid to rest with a proper burial, so I am reaching out to the community to ask for help."
