Help Lay Adavion (Boss) Herring to Rest

It is with a heavy heart that I share the tragic and senseless loss of my cousin, 17-year-old Adavion (Boss) Herring, who was taken from us on February 15th, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Adavion’s life was stolen by an act of violence that no one saw coming. While spending time with friends at an apartment complex in the early hours of the morning, he was shot through a window, an innocent life taken too soon. Adavion was not the intended target.

Adavion was a bright young man with a passion for sports, especially football and baseball. He was raised in the church, and he had a strong relationship with the Lord. As the third oldest of four siblings, he was deeply protective of his youngest brother, Man Man. In the Five years that Adavion lived in Tulsa, he became an integral part of a new community, earning love and respect from everyone who knew him.

This loss has been devastating, especially for his mother, Princess Anderson, who tragically lost her brother last August and is now faced with burying her child. Adavion was originally from Brookhaven, MS, and his mother wishes to lay him to rest in his hometown, next to his beloved Uncle.
