We come to you with a heavy heart in this unimaginable situation. March 2023 my lil brother Jacob “JJ” was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer . He had neuroblastoma and germ cell cancer . This took our family by a huge surprise but we still never thought we would be here typing this ! My brother was the goofiest teenager ever ! He was always making us laugh , he would do the craziest stuff , he was a teenage boy for sure ! With all the attitude and all . We love our baby brother . He was a brother , a son , a tio , a cousin , a friend , everything to this family . Jacob was only 17 and would have been 18 July 19th . Anything helps . Keep our mom in your prayers she’s the strongest women I know but we all need help sometimes. Thank you.
