Hello family and friends my name is Adrian Hernandez and I am setting up this go fund me for my mother Jacqueline Michelle Hernandez also known as Jackie. It saddens me to say that She suddenly passed away in her sleep in the early morning of November 14, 2023. I know times are rough for everyone especially with the holidays coming up so we are appreciative for any donations big or small that is made as well as prayers to help us lay my mom to rest. My mom was a very hard working woman that cared for everyone around her and when she walked in the room she set a smile on everyone’s face. She is leaving behind her 4 kids Angelique, Adrian, Alejandra and Samantha. Thank you to everyone that is able to help us out. Please feel free to leave a message and/or picture in memory of my mom.
