Help Lay Navy Veteran Ricky Hill to Rest

I am Tammy Kellogg, my brother Ricky Hill, passed away yesterday 09/12/2024. He didn't have any life insurance. I'm on disability. So I'm asking Please if you can to help me lay my brother to rest.
