It’s heart breaking to announce the passing of Stephanie Lopez, 17, who was tragically taken from her family in a senseless act of gun violence. She was a sweet girl who brought so much love and light into this world. Her father recently arrived in the United States in pursuit of a better life for him and his family and was instead greeted with tragedy, heartbreak, and grief. He hopes to send his daughter back to Colombia to be buried with her family. We are reaching out to the community for support in honoring her name.
