Justice for Noley: Help uncover the truth behind his death.

On August 13, 2024, 11-year-old Donald “Noley” Harms was tragically killed in what was initially believed to be a freak car accident. However, it has now been confirmed that the tire on the car was shot out by a bullet, making this a senseless act of violence and not an accident.

An investigation is underway to identify the person responsible for this horrific act that took Noley’s life. Our family has already incurred significant costs, including hundreds of dollars to retrieve the car from impound for forensic examination. Ongoing towing and storage fees are adding up as we preserve the vehicle for police to conduct a thorough investigation.

Noley’s mother, Irene, is still healing from injuries sustained in the crash, while also caring for Noley’s two younger brothers, ages 5 and 7, who are deeply affected by the loss. Weekly therapy sessions for the family, travel expenses, and lack of child support have placed a tremendous financial burden on Irene as she struggles to provide for her family.
