Help Layla Get Treatment For Her Cancer

Hi, my name is Amanda. I’m not one to reach out for help from people, but I have no other choice.

At the beginning of November we unexpectedly lost our cat Odie, roughly three weeks later our elderly dog Marley took a turn for the worse and we had to make the hardest decision ever to let her go on Thanksgiving. Now our dog Layla needs surgery to remove a mass that’s likely cancer. She needs to see a specialist for surgery and to figure out what her diagnosis is and where to go from surgery. She may need radiation/chemo if the mass can’t fully be removed. I have no idea what the cost will be until I can get her into a specialist.

I just recently had to take a medical leave of absence from work and now that I’m back I’m not being given very many hours. I get one 4-5 hour shift a week right now, which is maybe $100 per check after what’s taken out. Surgery is going to be expensive and I desperately don’t want to lose the only pet I have left. She needs it sooner rather than later because it’s grown very quickly. I absolutely hate asking for donations but if you have anything to spare I will be forever grateful. She’s my sweet snuggle baby and I want more time with her.
