Help The Phillips Family Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

My name is Layla Phillips. I am from Burnsville, North Carolina. I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my family and I have been deeply affected by the devastation of Hurricane Helene. On Sunday, I was finally able to get ahold of my family, and I received a call from my family informing me that our house was destroyed by the hurricane. While we are immensely grateful that everyone made it out safely and no one was hurt, we are now faced with the daunting task of rebuilding our lives from scratch.

Our home was more than just a building; it was a place filled with memories, laughter, and love. Losing it has been an overwhelming and emotional experience for all of us. We are currently staying with family and friends, but we need help to get back on our feet and start the rebuilding process.
