help Layla's CITIZENSHIP!!

Okay hell this is the big one. So I've lived in Australia for about eleven years. Basically my whole life is here at this point, and it's been pretty great.. and a bit difficult, because I'm not a citizen. I've been employed only sporadically, and because of my immigration status, unable to access much of any government services or aid for those in poverty, and also, my medication is expensive as hell. I've got some great friends who have helped me get by, but I'd like to be a bit less of a burden, and citizenship is how I can do it.

I honestly didn't think I'd have to do this, I really thought I'd be able to find a job by now. but umm, well, no, because apparently nobody wants to hire me, so yeahhh at the moment i have zero income, like, whatsoever. hopefully something comes up, but for now I'm in this situation. If i do get citizenship tho the state might help me find work? I hear the job centers are pretty shit, but ehh whatever we'll see i guess

Sooo maybe you can help. If this fundraiser is successful I'll be able to pay the application fees for citizenship and get on with my life. It should also cover my medical and survival needs for a few months if it goes well.

here's a quick summary of what I'm raising money for:

police check (required for citizenship)

citizenship application

application to change legal gender

medication for three months

lube and dilation stuff

and a bit more groceries and whatever else comes up

for a total of about $1900. I'm aware there are plenty of other people who need support, many of them in much tougher situations than I, but anyway I'm giving this a try because hell I could really use some help with this. if the citizenship works out it'll be much easier to put my life together, it'll be fucking great
