Help Support Leading Green Dist. Recover After Helene.

Hurricane Helene has brought unimaginable loss to Leading Green Distribution Co. in Asheville NC off of Swannanoa River Rd. The catastrophic flooding wiped out the company's distribution fleet, including 5 box trucks and two vans all refrigerated. We were an important part of the local farm to home/table distribution. Distributing refrigerated goods throughout the South East supporting Asheville's small business, markets, farms and restaurants. All while doing it as green as possible, using bio fuels and helping our customers with their recycling needs.

With nothing left to drive, owner Kathryn Beattie and six loyal employees that lived in and around the Asheville area are now out of work and facing an uncertain future. The owners priority is not to restart the business, due to the catastrophic damage of the fleet and property but to ensure that these employees and their families that have been all effected can get through this winter without hardship. We’re asking for your support to help provide relief to the workers who have lost their livelihoods due to this un-Godly disaster. Thank you and GOD bless!
