help legal costs to help girts stay in the uk

Hi my name is Michelle i am asking for your help to keep my step son girts in the uk as he has recently received a deportation date for the 5th January 2024 he has been in the uk since he was just 4 years old he's mum brought him to the uk from Latvia and applied for asylum but was refused she later then got indefinite leave to remain through marriage but he was to old to be on the application with her. he went to primary,secondary and collage and then went to university where he got a graphic design degree and eventually got qualified as an electrician e has worked for over 10 years and paid taxes in the uk then he lost he's right to work 3 years ago due to Brexit as he needed an eu settlement code. he's mum became ill and got diagnosed with m.s and dementia so he stays home to care for her unpaid. girts also has a daughter that was born in 2018 but unfortunately didn't get put on the birth certificate. he doesn't speak Latvian or has any family or friends in latvia. latvia wont give him a latvian passport as hes passport in an alien passport not a citizen of lapvia so he will have literally no one if he gets deported. he has spoken to a solicitor who is saying he needs between 2 and 3000 for solicitor fees and 2 and 3000 for an application form .i know its a lot to ask for as is almost Christmas but anything you can spare would help a lot as we are in desperate need to help this young man stay where he belongs here in the uk with hes family and friends. thank you so much for reading
