Help Leo Get a Life-Saving CT Scan and Surgery

Hi, we’re looking for donations towards a CT scan and surgery for our dear sweet boy Leo!

On Sunday, he woke up not feeling like himself, acting weird, and not wanting to eat. We noticed he peed his bed too so we took him immediately to the Vet hospital where he suffered multiple seizures. Once they stabilized him a bit, we had to rush him to a Vet hospital that had a neurology department. He stayed overnight for 2 days as they ran some tests to find out what’s going on. On Tuesday morning, the vet called to tell us he tested positive for a liver shunt. Next step is to get a CT scan where he’ll need anesthesia and a surgery depending on where the shunt is found in his body.

Right now, he’s temporarily lost his vision which we’re hoping will come back as he recovers. Were treating him with medicine to try to contain the seizures and stabilize his liver.

Any donations towards getting our sweet angel better again will be greatly appreciated. He’s a sweet boy who likes to eat (A LOT), to play with his sister, climb his cat tree, and look out the window at all the cars that pass by our block. We really want him to get back to normal so he can go back to being himself and doing all the things he loves to do.
