Help Leo Walk Again: Urgent Surgery Needed

Hello, my name is Hedy S Flores, and I am reaching out to ask for help for my 3-year-old dachshund, Leo. Leo is a kind, loving, and brave soul who has been my loyal companion through thick and thin. He is not just a pet—he is all I have. Recently, Leo was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), a condition that affects 1 in 4 dachshunds, and unfortunately, he is one of the unlucky ones. Leo has lost mobility in his back legs, and it's heartbreaking to watch him struggle. He loves to play and is fiercely protective of me, but now, it's my turn to be protective of him. As a college student with limited resources, I am struggling to afford the surgery he urgently needs to regain his ability to walk and live a pain-free life.
