Support Leslie Cate's Family While in ICU and Recovery.

My sister Leslie Cate has been in the ICU in Phoenix since 04/09/25. Unknown reason for this at this time. She has 2 sons and is the main caregiver of our mom, who is a total assist. Her eldest son will be graduating from high school in May, and her youngest will be going to prom next weekend. She has dedicated herself to caring for others and has been a CNA. During COVID, she assisted in training TNAs to CNAs. She has a huge heart and helps in the community as well.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated so I can pay her household expenses, medical bills, food, and necessities for prom and graduation for her sons, and dental work from the broken teeth when they intubated her. Her truck is totaled, so if anyone can donate a vehicle or if anything is left, we can get her a vehicle or attempt to fix hers. Anything will help. Thank you for everything. Per her son’s request, I am not posting photos of her in ICU intubated. I posted pictures of her as everyone knows her.

Update: Leslie’s extubation is going well. Breathing on her own. This is good news. If she does well she will be moving to another unit. I will update more as I get information. Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. We have enough to keep her electricity on.  I went by her house and the gas is off already. Hopefully we can raise enough to get it back on before she comes home and to get her broken teeth from the intubation treated.  Water is about to be shut off.  We were told that she will be in the hospital for at least 2 to 3 weeks.  But getting out of ICU is huge.Again thank you for your support.
