Help Leslie Relocate to Texas

Hi all. I'm Susan a good friend of Leslie Morrison. Leslie and I met at one of Miss Pamela's infamous backyard parties. As I'm sure many of you have witnessed, she is always the first to welcome new people and bring them into the fold. As a lover of live music, she has always been there to support up and coming musicians and artists through her attendance and enthusiasm -- often with a group of girls in tow!

Sadly Leslie has had one clusterf@*k of a year starting with losing her job in Jan 2023 quickly followed by the passing of her beloved mother in Feb 2023 (we all enjoyed seeing pictures of their adventures!). Since then she has been hit with one financial set back after another and has found it nearly impossible to find employment that will cover LA rent and expenses as a single woman. All of this combined has led her to the difficult conclusion that it is no longer possible for her to stay in LA. Her lifelong friend has graciously offered to let her stay with her in San Antonio until she can get back on her feet and find a new place to live and work in Texas.

Obviously this move will cost money that Leslie does not have at the moment. I am hoping with this fundraiser we can make this move a little less traumatic for our friend. The money raised will go directly to Leslie and will be used for general moving expenses (rental truck, gas, hotel, food, etc.) and then for living expenses as she gets her footing in Texas.
