Help Levi (and Garret) heal

On April 17, 2021 Levi experienced horrific burns while in the care of family members. He was taken to Gundersen Hospital in La crosse, but the burns were so severe that he was taken by ambulance to the Madison Hospital to treat his 2nd and 3rd degree burns that he sustained on his hands and knees.

Levi underwent multiple procedures which included skin grafting on 2 hands and 1 knee. He is healing remarkably well. Levi thankfully was released from the hospital on Monday, May 3rd but he has a very long road ahead of him. He will regularly be going back to Madison for dressing changes and once he is healed enough he will be in compression gloves for at minimum a year.

Garret is an amazing Daddy and he has been with Levi through all of this. During this time, Garret missed work. Thankfully, even though Garret hadn't been with his Employer a year... they were accepting and understanding to his need to be with his son- and allowed him to take the time he needed. Garret's number one priority has always been his son. During this time, his bill's didn't stop- but his pay did.

Let's help Garret recover financially while he is helping his sweet boy physically recover. Garret is now facing the impact of his lost wages, the expenses that living between the hotel and hospital for 16 days, past and future traveling expenses as well as the medical bills that will be coming through shortly... and will be ongoing for the foreseeable future.
