Help Lexi Johnson Restart After Devastating Fire
We are so blessed for the safety of both Lexi and her baby King. However, Lexi now has to start from scratch, as she unfortunately lost everything in the fire. Let's show her what a team she has behind her as she starts this new chapter in her life. Anything will help!
Feel free to reach out to me, (Maygan) if you have any questions of how to help outside of this. Thank you!
Lexis Post:
"I spent the night at my boyfriends house Saturday night and came back the next morning to firetrucks surrounding my building putting out a fire that destroyed my entire building. Lightening struck an AC unit that was on the roof and started the fire and malfunctioned the alarms and causing the sprinklers to not turn on. Hysterically crying and running because my dog was inside, but thankfully by God’s grace my neighbors told me he was rescued and at the shelter nearby.. They told me it took 3 firefighters to knock my door down and he ran straight out. It’s been such an emotional and stressful day but knowing that he was safe calmed me. Something greater always comes after a loss and I am just beyond grateful the firefighters made sure my dog was safe. I may have lost everything but who I still have is worth way more. My neighbor sent me this video and if you’ve ever been to my house, the video is right where my unit is. So scary to see.. Not my will but yours be done. God is still good and in control and I trust him at all times."
