Hello,
My name is Karli, and I am raising funds on behalf of my friend Kieynan Gant who is currently living in block 13 of Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya.
Kakuma is not safe for anyone in the LGBTQ community. It is a death trap.
Homophobia is rampant, amongst all of the other traumatic struggles Kieynan Gant and his new found family face every day.
I will update you all very soon on the conditions in which they are living, but for now, just know they are unsafe and have nothing and no one to turn to.
I spoke to Kieynan Gant this morning, he and I are very hopeful for what is to come. I hope you’ll join me on this journey of finding safety and acceptance for my friends ❤️️️⚧️ #loveislove
