Help LGBTQ refugees with food and medicine

We are four members of the lgbtq community suffering from HIV/AIDS . We are living among refugee camps of East Africa. We had to run away from our country of origin due to persecution because of our sexual orientation. We are going through a lot of challenges including homophobia, discrimination, lack of medical attention, food and other basic needs.
