My name is Karri & I have set up this account for Angela and Brian Hermann- Owners of Lift Haus Fitness and long term residents of Ladysmith.

As you know for the second time gyms have been suddenly forced to close their doors to the public. Lift Haus opened 10 WEEKS before the first lock down… Imagine taking a leap of faith & starting a new business to HELP PEOPLE, 10 weeks before a global pandemic hits that specifically targets YOU & Your Haus…

Family is exactly what LIFTHAUS Fitness in Ladysmith is, a “Home To All Who Lift.”

It is not your run of the mill large franchise gym, it is a small, meticulously maintained, warm and welcoming environment for anybody & everybody wanting to begin/better their health and fitness journey.

If you know Angela & Brian, you will know that they are “givers” by nature and have a very hard time accepting help. They have poured their heart & soul into this gym and have had every curveball imaginable thrown their way since the day it opened.
