Hello, my name is Liliana A., and for 22 wonderful years, I called Altadena home. My modest 3-bedroom, 1200-square-foot house was more than just a structure—it was where my life's most cherished moments unfolded. It was the place I brought all three of my children home from the hospital as newborns and watched them grow into the remarkable young people they are today: Santiago (18), Irene "Jojo" (16), and Carina (13).

On the night of the Eaton Fires, everything changed. At 1:00 AM, my family—myself, my three children, our two dogs, and our cat—left our home with just one carry-on suitcase and a backpack each. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, our home and all the treasures and memories it held are gone.

We are now facing the daunting challenge of rebuilding our lives from the ground up. Your support will help us secure basic necessities, find temporary housing, and eventually rebuild the home we lost.
