HELP ME BUILD A SCHOOL
Please consider helping me to build a functional school for the kindergarden classes in El Maronel, Nicaragua. The school building, at present, is made of packing crates and luck; the roof leaks, the walls have gaping holes in them. The school is very important to the community. Mothers can leave their children and go to work. The children get a meal a day. and the start of an education.
Above is Lilliana who has been working diligently with this slum community for years. this community have no running water, no infrastructure. No registered charity works in this region. Lilliana is an amazing woman, but is disillusioned and burnt out. She needs our help now.
This is me, Suzanne Campbell. I have been working with strong, incredible game changers, like Lilliana, for Nicaragua for 20 years. I have a sponsorship program for children's education, I lead teams to Nicaragua (one in January, if you want to help). Occasionally, I build larger, education based projects, such as this one, when they are of true value and need.
This child lives by the school. You can help to help himself. If he learns to read and write, he can then get a job and help both himself and his extended family and the ripples in the pond will go a long, long way. It all starts with his education.
