Help Lina to walk again

- Lina is 7 years old and Coton de Tulear breed. She loves to play and jump around and is quite small in size. However, she pulled her legs behind her and jumped from a tall bed and injured her back. She is kind, cute, and loving but since she no longer can use her legs correctly because of her back pain she can not use the bathroom like usual. She has difficulties living independently without a guardian and she is now not properly eating her meals. Currently, since her guardian has come down with thyroid issues and needs surgery, she can no longer work. Please help me to be able to get her back to good health.
