Help Linda’s vision improve

My name is Linda and four years ago I was diagnosed with systemic Lupus which has reeked havoc on my health. Lately I have been losing my sight at an alarming rate. I went to an ophthalmologist and he said that he would recommend surgery to recuperate the vision I have lost. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover the procedure. I have been very sad because I can no longer do the things I love to do such as painting on canvas, sewing , reading, and arts and crafts and crossword puzzles. I would be so grateful for any help I could obtain. I am looking to reach my goal by early December. This would really be a great way to start the New Year. Thanks in advance.
