Help Lindy Walk Again: Support Her Healing Journey

Hello everybody.. My name is Lindy. I made this "Go Fund Me" in hopes of making things a little bit lighter of a burden than it has been the past 3 long years. Most everybody would not like to wake up wanting to be in my situation. Perhaps that is why people stare at me when I can't move my hands and my neck is slumped over in the wheelchair when I can't hold my body up at times. Perhaps people are just curious why a perfectly healthy-looking woman is in a wheelchair and not moving much, or speaking much.

Before September 2021 I was at the PEAK of my athleticism. I just made the top 3 diver spot in the upcoming USCG diving school. I just won a triathlon for my age group and 2 women's skateboarding competitions. I was a youth leader, a wife, and an avid trampoline park conisour lol. I NEVER thought I would be in pain every day for 3 years, not being able to walk more than 60-500 steps a day, having sudden allergic reactions to many medications and foods, unable to withstand being in a room with people talking without my ears feeling like they are bleeding. At times I cant hold a water bottle up to drink. Migraines, muscle spasms, breathlessness, inflammation, blurred vision, vertigo, confusion, in and out of consciousness, panic attacks, debilitating chronic fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, brain fog, and feeling tired from reading 2 pages. These are some of the symptoms I experienced. Sometimes I feel them all daily, sometimes I feel some of them.

Now even through all of this I can sit here and say that God is good because He sat with me when my body convulsed for 4 hours. He saw when I couldn't hold my bowel movements any longer. He told me He has a plan and a purpose for me. He speaks to me through kind words of people and scriptures in the bible. God is still good.

Recently I found a neurological clinic. My husband and I are planning to leave California with suitcases in hand and stay near this clinic until im healthy. My husband is leaving His job and we are selling our things to get treatment for me. Any amount would so greatly help us, even 50 cents. And prayers are most welcome! Please help me get the help I need to be able to walk again.. to be able to drive again.. to be able to sing loudly, worship to God again.

PSALMS 23 has been my verse through the great waves of trials this illness has given me.
