Help Lineman Rebuild Home While He Helps Restore Power
Donation protected
Clint Ray, a lineman with North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, worked more than 15-hour days to help restore power to members’ homes and businesses affected by recent tornadoes. This showed his dedication to others because as they were getting power back to their homes, his family’s was in pieces.
A tornado destroyed the Ash Flat home, shop and many other parts of the property he shares with wife Hannah and their children Baylor, 8, and Haisley, 7.
Both Clint and Hannah consider themselves to be blessed beyond measure as their family and animals are safe, and the outpouring of support from family, friends and community members have left them humbled and determined to pay that forward as soon as they are able. Perhaps the biggest blessing has been an incredibly generous offer from Joey and Hazel Whited of a furnished home to live in while the family rebuilds.
Although they have insurance, the Rays will face additional expenses in the months to come.
Let’s show them our support!
(This campaign was created by Tori Moss, NAEC marketing and communications director, on behalf of Clint and Hannah Ray. All funds will go to them. Should the campaign be successful, the Rays have expressed a desire to share the blessing with others in their community affected by the tornadoes.)
